The Getty Museum recently issued a challenge for people to recreate famous works of art in the medium of their choice. This crochet pattern is the result of recreating Vincent Van Gogh’s Sunflowers in crochet. Several three dimensional sunflowers in a green vase sitting on a hand crocheted blue and lavender “canvas” will brighten and liven up any room in your home. Turn your own creation into a wall hanging or decorative pillow.
Completed “canvas” measures approximately 24″ x 17″

Size G (4.0 mm) crochet hook
