Remember going to the carnival as a child and seeing those long stuffed snakes hanging from the arcade booths? I always wanted one but was never skilled enough to win one. Twenty years later as a young mother on a budget, I used my scrap yarn to crochet a multicolored snake for my daughter. She loved it and wore it around her neck everywhere we went. Fast forward again, and I discovered this super squishy Bernat blanket yarn. I just had to try another snake pattern. This simple crochet pattern is adjustable to make two different lengths – 66″ long or 100″ long.
