5 yards Berry
Size L (8.0 mm) crochet hook
Two 10-mm safety eye
Gauge: 9 sc = 4″, 8 rows = 4″

Directions:
HEAD:
Rnd 1: With Pink yarn, ch 6, sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each of next 3 ch, 3 sc in last ch. Working on opposite side of foundation ch, sc in each of next 3 ch, 2 sc in last ch (12 sc). Do not join. Work in continuous rnds throughout unless otherwise specified.
Rnd 2: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st,* repeat once (16 sc).
Rnd 3: *Inv dec, sc in next 4 sts, inv dec,* repeat once (12 sc). Join with sl st. Fasten off Pink yarn.
Embroider nostrils with Berry yarn at both sides of Rnd 2.
Rnd 4: Attach Berry yarn, *sc in next 4 sts, inv dec,* repeat once (10 sc).
Rnds 5-6: Sc in each st.
Rnd 7: *Sc in next 3 sts, inv dec,* repeat once (8 sc). Join with sl st. Fasten off Berry yarn leaving 6” length. Insert eyes at Rnd 5. Sew top closed.
EARS: (Make 2)
Attach Berry yarn at top corner, ch 1, hdc in same sp as joining, sl st in same sp. Fasten off Berry yarn. Repeat on opposite side of head.
