It’s officially the first day of spring, even though we’ve had spring-like weather for about a month now in South Texas. The trees are covered in new leaves, the oleanders are blooming, and everything is covered in a thin yellow haze of pollen. Bees and butterflies are returning to take advantage of the pollen.
