Day 7 of the Zoo Blog Hop is Adorable Axolotls!

Axolotls are so very cute! They have big, googly eyes, a long tail, and feathery gills. They also come in a variety of colors, including white, black, and gold, although pink seems to be the most popular color for crocheted axolotls.

Polar Bear Gift Bag Crochet Pattern

polar bear gift bag

Are you ready for another Christmas gift bag pattern? Each year I make these small gift bags for my husband’s coworkers and fill them with candy for him to give out at the office. This year I just couldn’t resist creating a new design – polar bear gift bag. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did.

Materials:
Small amounts of worsted yarn – white and red
A few yards of white Pipsqueak yarn
Crochet hook size H
12-mm safety nose
18-mm wiggly eyes
1” white pompom

Finished bag measures approximately 4” tall by 3” wide (not including ears).

Directions:
Rnd 1: With white yarn, ch 2. Sc 6 in second ch from hook. Do not join.
